Reporting to the General Manager and working in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, this role ensures that revenue strategy is both disciplined and inspired — reflective of the prestige and positioning of Baccarat Hotel Rome.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with the hotel’s brand positioning and financial objectivesLead pricing, forecasting, and inventory management to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and total revenue performanceOptimize distribution channels, ensuring rate integrity and strategic channel mixConduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to anticipate trends and opportunitiesPartner closely with Sales & Marketing to align commercial strategies and drive demand generationChair revenue meetings and provide clear, data-driven insights to the Executive CommitteeOversee budgeting and long-term strategic planning related to revenue performanceFoster a culture of analytical rigor, accountability, and innovationProfileProven experience as a Director of Revenue (or senior revenue leader) within a luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality environmentStrong commercial acumen with a strategic and forward-thinking mindsetDeep understanding of the Rome market and international luxury travel trends preferredExpertise in revenue management systems and distribution strategyAnalytical precision balanced with creativity and strategic intuitionA collaborative leadership style with exceptional communication skillsFluent in English;
