Sales technical manager

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Solutions Manager to join our team specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success from inquiry to implementation. Title: Pre-Sales Technical Solutions Manager - BESS C&I Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations. Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and R&D, to align solutions with project goals. Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with international teams, customers, and stakeholders.
