Role Description
The Sales Assistant position is a full-time, on-site role based in Florence, Italy. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an inviting store environment. Additional tasks involve organizing merchandise displays, processing transactions, managing inventory, and supporting the sales team to meet targets. Ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting a superior shopping experience is key in this role.
Requirements:
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service expertise to build positive relationships with clients
Excellent Communication and Sales skills for effectively engaging and assisting customers
Organization Skills to efficiently manage tasks, maintain a well-organized workspace, and handle inventory
Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian or additional languages is a plus
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage
