To support our next phase of growth, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who can help us structure, scale and professionalize our People processes while staying agile and operational. As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting company growth, working closely with leadership and managers to ensure our organization evolves in a structured, compliant and scalable way. You will help take our HR function from reactive to proactive, building processes where needed and bringing structure where today there is room for improvement. AS AN HR BUSINESS PARTNER YOU WILL: Contribute to defining and implementing the People strategy coherently with business goals. Support the leadership team in organizational and people-related decisions. Structure and manage corporate training programs, including mandatory courses and professional development initiatives. Support the implementation and management of performance management processes, partnering with managers in evaluations, feedback cycles and individual development paths. Monitor and analyze key HR KPIs. Design, implement and continuously improve HR procedures and internal policies, ensuring consistent application across the organization. Manage end-to-end HR processes, from recruiting to offboarding. Lead recruiting activities in a context of significant growth, including CV screening, interviews and coordination with hiring managers. Act as the operational point of contact with the payroll consultant, coordinating HR documentation and employment-related processes. Support, in the initial phase, operational office management activities in coordination with the Admin/Operations team. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal governance standards. Be a cultural ambassador, helping translate company values into concrete processes and behaviors. YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE: 2-5 years of experience in HR roles within growing or scaling organizations. Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes. Experience working closely with leadership teams. Ability to combine strategic thinking with a strong hands-on approach. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent Italian and good English.
