Franchise Head – Innovative Products

We are supporting a fast-evolving, innovation-led biopharmaceutical company in the search for a Franchise Head to lead a strategic portfolio in Specialty Care and Rare Diseases. This role offers a rare opportunity to combine strategic ownership and commercial leadership across both Sales and Marketing within a highly dynamic biotech environment. We are open to profiles already operating at Franchise Head level, but we are equally interested in outstanding commercial leaders who have built strong experience across sales and marketing and are now ready to step into broader business ownership. The successful candidate will lead franchise direction in complex and highly specialized therapeutic areas, where scientific innovation, stakeholder management, and patient journey complexity require a sophisticated and agile commercial approach. Main areas of focus Own and drive franchise strategy and business performance Lead and integrate Sales and Marketing priorities into one coherent growth agenda Deliver impactful launch, growth, and lifecycle strategies in specialist markets Partner closely with Medical, Market Access, and other key functions to ensure strong execution and alignment Navigate complexity across stakeholders, treatment pathways, and market dynamics Act as a true business leader in a lean organization where speed, accountability, and adaptability are critical Candidate profile Solid experience in pharma or biotech, ideally in specialty care or other highly innovative therapeutic areas Strong track record in commercial roles with exposure to both sales leadership and strategic marketing Ability to think strategically while remaining close to execution High level of ownership, accountability, and decision-making maturity Natural leadership style with the credibility to influence cross-functionally and externally Comfortable operating in entrepreneurial, high-growth, and less structured environments This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially ambitious leader seeking broader scope, greater impact, and the chance to shape the future of an innovative franchise.
