Business Development Manager Industrial Market, Italy

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth, optimizing marketing strategies, and contributing to the company’s long-term success. This role involves analyzing business processes and finances, implementing business plans, and establishing effective networks.

Analyzing Business Operations: Evaluate and expand business operations to drive sustained growth. Revenue Monitoring: Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability. Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies. Market Analysis: Perform competitor analysis to gain an increased market share and develop new lines of business based on consumer behavior. Business Negotiations: Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.

A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field with at least 7 years’ experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry. Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software, such as Salesforce. Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion. Proficiency both in Italian and English is required.

Innovation: Propose creative solutions. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is also beneficial. Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting & Resource allocation. Effectively manage improvement projects throughout the project’s life cycle, ensuring strategic alignment and deliverable focus.

Travel:

75% of the time across the country, especially the northern part of Italy. Contract:
