Junior International Sales

Job Description
The selected candidate will support the companyโs international commercial development, contributing to the promotion and sale of innovative
software solutions for public transport systems . This is a
junior role with strong growth potential , designed for candidates eager to build an international sales career in a technology-driven and highly impactful sector.
Main Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of international sales activities in line with company objectives
Identify and qualify new business opportunities across foreign markets
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients, public authorities, transport operators, and local partners
Support the evaluation and preparation of public tenders and commercial proposals
Participate in the sales cycle phases: lead generation, solution presentation, follow-up, and negotiation support
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Delivery) to tailor solutions to customer needs
Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback, reporting insights to senior management
Represent the company at international fairs, events, and meetings, alongside senior sales figures
Contribute to the definition of medium-term commercial strategies and market expansion plans
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, or related fields
1โ3 years of experience
in sales, business development, or commercial roles, preferably in B2B or technology environments
Interest in international markets,
public sector projects, or smart mobility solutions
Basic understanding of B2B sales dynamics; exposure to public tenders is a plus
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Fluent English (minimum C1) ; Spanish is a plus, other languages are welcome
Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis
Contract and Compensation
Direct hire by the company, with:
Permanent contract
(Italian National Collective Labour Agreement โ Metalworking Industry)
Gross Annual Salary (RAL): โฌ45,000 โ โฌ65,000 , aligned with international market standards, plus:
Travel expenses reimbursement
Daily international per diem
Location:
Florence, Italy โ
Full Remote
