Trader (w/m)

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Junior Financial Analyst role based in Milan, with opportunities to work remotely on occasion. A must, the passion for Financial investment field and Crypto. The Junior Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the company software outputs of AI and Quantitative engines, manage trading software, optimizations, strategy evaluation, creating and monitoring statistics. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, staying updated on financial market and AI developments, and collaborating with senior traders and analysts to develop trading strategies using AI and statistical instruments. Bachelor’s (Laurea) or Master degree (Magistrale) in Quantitative Finance, Math, Physics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Economics, or a related discipline. Fluent in Italian and English; Knowledge of Statistics and Quantitative Analysis with understanding of the Investment Risk metrics Practical experience with AI models and prompting, Trading Platforms and Market Research Tools A plus coding capacity (base or intermediate) on Python and/or Stats software, /tradingview/MQL5 A plus, previous internship or experience in a trading or financial role.
