ITALY SALES INTERN

Shiseido, a worldwide Beauty Company leader in the cosmetic industry with a great variety of prestigious brands in its portfolio, is happy to announce a new 6 months paid INTERNSHIP opportunity within the Italy One Shiseido Commercial team, located in Milan. We are currently looking for a junior profile, specifically a Sales Intern who will be responding to Sales Manager’s tutoring.

MISSION Within the Commercial team, the Sales Intern will support commercial activities across the company’s brand portfolio, contributing to sell-in and sell-out analysis, customer operations, and business development initiatives. The internship offers a comprehensive and educational experience in a dynamic and international environment.

MAIN TASKS Support the preparation of commercial reports (sell-in, sell-out, channel KPIs). Conduct data analysis and monitor brand performance across customers. Collaborate with other teams in trade marketing activities and promotional execution. Update commercial materials and support the preparation of client presentations. Assist with forecasting activities and order management. Liaise with internal functions (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) for recurrent operational alignment.

REQUIREMENTS Degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or related fields. Strong analytical skills and good command of Excel and reporting tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive mindset, curiosity and team-oriented attitude. Good English command.
