a trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world.
You will join the Brand Team, working closely with our Creative Director, Visual Designers, and the Growth/Marketing teams. Your goal is to transform strategic briefs into video assets that convert and excite.
Performance Creative: You will create video ads for Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google. It’s not just about “moving things,” but designing visual Hooks, dynamic transitions, and Kinetic Typography specifically engineered to maximize engagement and CTR.
End-to-End Production: You will manage the entire video workflow: from the initial storyboard to editing, motion graphics, basic sound design, and final export optimized for each platform.
Visual Storytelling: You will translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives, ensuring perfect synchronization between visuals, copy, and pacing.
Speed & Agility: You know how to balance aesthetic quality with the speed required in a scale-up, using the right tool for the job (whether it’s After Effects for high-end motion or CapCut for quick, social-native edits).
Brand Motion System: You will help define and evolve Lexroom’s motion language, ensuring every transition, intro, or logo animation is consistent with our new identity.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in the role (Agency, Startup, or structured Freelance) with a strong Showreel/Portfolio demonstrating your skills.
Tech Stack: Absolute mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically After Effects and Premiere Pro). Proficiency in agile tools like CapCut for social-first content is a must.
Performance Mindset: You speak the language of advertising. You understand pacing, rhythm, and how to structure a video to hold the viewer’s attention in a crowded feed.
You understand composition, typography, and color theory—a video can’t work if the design behind it is weak.
Basic knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, or Spline).
Proficiency in Figma (to collaborate seamlessly with our Visual Designers).
Experience with Generative

Rewarding Your Contribution
Annual Salary Range: €30,000 – €45,000
