In this role, you are responsible for the entire Customer Service & Business Support organization in BU Western Europe located in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Italy. Your teams ensure that the customer experiences the optimal Wavin service and receives the right solution. Within your teams, inquiries are quickly and professionally converted into quotations and advice, orders are processed flawlessly, and projects are smoothly guided through to delivery and invoicing. You manage a large and dynamic playing field. You are the driving force providing direction, raising performance to a higher level, and making sure customers choose us time and again. The role

Coaching and leading the Customer Service & Business Support team – giving leadership to the Customer Service Managers in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Italy Joint responsibility for revenue and margin targets and the customer experience. Analyzing and improving and harmonizing customer service and business support processes within BU Western Europe. You play a key role in the organization and collaborate with different departments to serve the customer: Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics and Finance. You’re part of the BU West Leadership team. This team determines plans, progress and success for our BU. You challenge your fellow management team members to achieve the best performance together. Higher professional education level (HBO), preferably in a commercial or business direction. Extensive experience in a managerial role, preferably in a commercial setting. A combination of coaching and inspiring leadership and analytical insight. Strong communication skills with a healthy dose of energy and positivity to lead the transformation both on culture and process thinking in our BU. A strong drive to achieve results. When faced with setbacks, you step up and take others along with you. Command of the English language is a must. Experience with ERP systems SAP and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
