The Role We are seeking an Integration Director – Operations with significant responsibility for the execution of post-merger integration programs and key transformation initiatives within the brokerage sector. The role entails operational ownership of the integration roadmap and coordination of key workstreams, ensuring delivery discipline, synergy tracking, and alignment across operating model, organization, and technology systems. This position has an execution focus, with direct accountability for implementation and operational program management, while contributing to strategic prioritization. Responsibilities

Translate strategic guidelines defined by the Head of Integration into detailed operational plans. Coordinate and oversee integration workstreams, ensuring adherence to milestones, budget, and KPIs. Provide structured reporting and recommendations to management, highlighting risks and corrective actions. Prepare materials for executive committees and board reviews.
