Asset Management Specialist

. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in optimizing performance and driving operational excellence.

Assist the Asset Management team in executing the Asset Management Plan. Support the Head of Business Development with market research and feasibility analyses. Actively participating to monthly asset management meetings with operators to evaluate and enhance performance. Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Implement revenue management strategies to enhance market positioning and maximize operating cash flow. Develop and schedule ROI-driven initiatives to improve performance. Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SAP and Oracle Opera is a plus. Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is highly desirable.
