Field Service Engineer - Umbria We are currently looking for a

Field Service Engineer - Umbria , who will conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. They will diagnose system failures and determine the most cost‑effective solution, escalating complex issues to higher levels of technical support or quality reporting systems. They may develop new customer service or product agreements and respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions, and communicate with honesty while creating empathy with customers, colleagues and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical customer support and on‑site assistance to our customers.

Escalate complex issues to higher levels of technical support.

Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferable or Biotech/Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma; proficient English is mandatory.

Open to travel; a driving license is mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and in Italian.

Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well.
