RETAIL MANAGER Having opened its first retail store in 2025 in Ibiza, the Attico is looking for an enthusiastic retail manager to drive the growth our retail channel. The role is based in Milan and requires a proven experience in designer/luxury retail management, with an omnichannel perspective, and experience in opening new retail point of sales. Reporting to the commercial director, you will be well connected, detail oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strategic mindset. You will have a strong understanding of retail operations and retail merchandising of international markets and key players worldwide and you will have the ability to communicate collections with energy and professionalism. Requirements: ·

3 to 5 years of retail management experience, in the fashion/ luxury industry ·

Strong reporting & analytical skills ·

Attention to details and able to multitask ·

Ability to work in autonomy ·

Problem solving, use of own initiative and drive ·

Team player ·

Fluent English is a must, 2nd language preferred
