Purpose of Position The role is a Sales Director within the Consumer Retail & Fashion Industry, acting as an individual contributor across the key geographies defined by the Global Head of Consumer Retail & Fashion, within European Markets.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development – 100% focus: identify, strategically position PSA BDP’s core focus products, map opportunities, and win new business aligned with vertical strategy.

Maintain and adjust the pipeline list to ensure focused energies are quantified annually.

Establish a targeted list of pipeline accounts, including globally defined vertical target accounts, regionally strategic accounts, and country‑specific accounts to drive immediate opportunity.

Serve as subject matter expert within the Consumer Retail & Fashion industry space.

Build and develop relationships with senior management of existing book of business, maintaining close working relationships with corporate operational leadership.

Proactively engage to develop and deploy new business sales opportunities within existing accounts.

Align with Global Leadership to champion accounts for customer satisfaction and partnership.

Become fluent in presenting PSA BDP’s IT Suite of Tools, holding deeper discussions with prospects and customers.

Leverage product experts to identify opportunities in face‑to‑face meetings.

Liaise with Regional and Country Management Teams to communicate opportunities and secure buy‑in.

Work with OPEX Implementation team to ensure smooth handover of new business wins and deploy a clearly defined implementation schedule.

Develop a region‑specific pipeline focused on rapid growth, targeting global head offices in each region.

Maintain and own internal and external KPIs, recommending process improvements and adopting lean logistics practices.

Meet with customers to drive relationship development and identify new business markets for deployment.

Keep professional and technical knowledge up to date through workshops, conferences, and seminars.

Identify potential gaps in existing procedures, systems, or tools.

Possess solid knowledge of international supply chain solutions and freight services.

Build strong relationships with the customer network to introduce PSA BDP.

Have experience serving global customers in the retail sector.

Strong operations know‑how and experience in Ocean Freight and consolidation services.

Communicate cross‑functionally within a matrix organization and understand CFS Warehouse operations.

Exhibit discipline, maturity, customer orientation, teamwork, self‑motivation, flexibility, resilience, high result orientation, analytical and problem‑solving skills, networking & relationship building, practical judgment, and travel flexibility up to 40%.

Qualifications

Degree holder with at least 5 years of operational experience in a global forwarding / logistics company.

Minimum 2 years of experience in CFS warehousing operations, contract logistics and related matters.

Exposure and knowledge of 3PL and Order/Freight Management operations.

Excellent command of English and local language.
