spa therapist provides health and wellness services, such as massages, facials, and waxing, to clients while maintaining a clean and relaxing environment. Responsibilities include client consultations to understand their needs, performing various treatments, and recommending spa products. Therapists must also uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, manage client records, and stay updated on spa industry trends and techniques. Reports to: SPA Supervisor Key Responsibilities Greet clients warmly, consult with them to understand their specific needs and preferences, explain treatments, and recommend suitable services and products. Administer various spa treatments, including massages (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue), facials, body therapies, manicures, and pedicures, while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene by sanitizing equipment, sterilizing instruments, and keeping treatment rooms clean, stocked, and prepared for clients. Document client information, treatment details, and any important notes for future services to ensure personalized and accurate care. Promote and sell spa products and additional services to clients, providing information on their benefits. Stay current with the latest industry trends, new techniques, and products to enhance skills and service quality. Work with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive, holistic client experience.
