The Role – Business Development Representative (BDR)
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified sales opportunities with IT leaders, CISOs, and executives across Europe.
This is a pure outbound role. You will research target accounts, engage prospects through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn), and qualify opportunities before handing them to leadership for closing.
You will hear “no” every day. If rejection slows you down, this role is not for you. If it motivates you to improve, optimize, and push harder — you’ll do very well here.
What You’ll Do
· Research and identify target companies across European markets
· Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists
· Execute 50+ daily outbound touches (email, phone, LinkedIn)
· Engage prospects and qualify pain points, needs, and buying intent
· Book qualified discovery calls for leadership and senior sales
· Maintain accurate CRM data and provide clear opportunity briefs
· Consistently hit and exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets
What You Need
· outbound B2B real experience
· Strong written and spoken English
· High daily discipline — you execute without micromanagement
· Mental toughness — rejection fuels you instead of discouraging you
· Fast learner with curiosity for cybersecurity and IT topics
Compensation
Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission
