Broker (Part - Time)

We’re looking for a proactive and driven individual to join our Reinsurance Treaty team in the Italian team. You’ll work mainly on Property & Casualty lines, with the chance to explore other areas like Cyber, Credit, Surety, or Engineering. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of Italian clients, ensuring excellent service and support. Use your project management skills to ensure smooth and efficient processes. A degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (preferred but not required). Experience in reinsurance, either from a broker or carrier background, with approximately five years of relevant expertise. Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken); additional languages like Spanish, French, or German are a bonus but not essential. A proactive and commercial approach to developing new business opportunities. Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to produce, project manage and deliver presentations and analysis to clients and prospects with the final aim of generating new business opportunities. The ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment with colleagues across different locations.
