Our culture is built on integrity, transparency, collaboration, and accountability, empowering every team member to take ownership and make an impact.If you’re looking for a place where ambitious ideas become real results, where technology meets creativity, and where your work truly matters—Perion is where the future gets built.Reporting to the Managing Director of EMEA, your main responsibility is to evangelise and educate Italian agencies and brands on the value proposition of Perion’s digital solutions, with a particular focus on programmatic DOOH and Outmax, Perion’s performance marketing solution that maximises programmatic campaign results through intelligent optimisation, targeting, and real-time, data-driven execution.About this opportunity The purpose of this role is to lead sales activity, maximise revenue and grow key partnerships across the respective Media Agencies and Direct clients that we operate with across the Italian market. This includes leading the development and implementation of sales strategy, go-to-market plans with Marketing and managing and maintaining our CRM system and Agency Blueprints for accurate and valuable forecasting and planning.How You’ll Make an ImpactEvangelize the Perion brand in market, highlighting our solutions and capabilities across the digital ecosystemDevelop a strategic plan to achieve revenue goals and execute effectivelyProspect, source and close opportunities working with demand side partners;

brands, marketers and agencies, and management of sales pipelineIdentify growth opportunities for larger partnerships across multiple Perion solutionsStrong relationship building ability, able to interface with varying levels within the client organisationConduct in person meetings and calls with senior client decision makersAttend key industry events and relevant conferencesUtilise sales process and tools to provide accurate forecastsDeliver market feedback and trends to help shape future company needsMeet or exceed agreed upon revenue goalsTravel when necessaryWhat do you need to perform in this job Bachelor's Degree in Computer technology or related field preferredDiploma of Advertising or Marketing10 years of Sales experience with 3-5 years management experienceProfessional and personableHighly self-motivated, hard-working individualExcellent written and verbal communication skills, and effective presentation skillsStrong reputation and relationships in marketAbility to generate revenue, provide reporting and forecast accuratelyExcellent client serviceRepresent the Perion brand and lift profile in marketSound understanding of Programmatic Advertising and the landscape in ItalySound understanding of digital landscape in ItalyDevelop Agency Strategy to achieve revenue goalsLiaise with Marketing to develop collateral for region and go-to market plansStrong understanding of all Perion solutions and the ability to present and demonstrate their capabilitiesProgrammatic and/or digital experienceOut of Home Sales experienceProven track record of successExperience in using a CRM systemAbility to collaborate and work well within the extended team;
