Operational & Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our Milan office and support our international business.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of

marketing, digital, and operations , supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a positive mindset and strong ownership of projects. Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Sales Support (B2C) Support daily marketing and sales activities Review inbound leads and assist with client qualification Implement marketing initiatives and programs Maintain marketing materials (presentations, sales sheets, price lists, product manuals, brand assets) Manage databases and presentations using Excel, Word, and Canva Operations & Showroom Coordination Coordinate logistics for customer visits, demos, and makeup artist activities Manage showroom inventory and assist visiting clients Liaise with PR agencies, makeup artists, models, and partners Support marketing and fashion events Prepare inbound/outbound e-commerce orders and manage sampling requests Digital, Content & E-commerce Support management of lordandberry.com and future online stores Assist with website updates, content, imagery, and promotions Draft and send email campaigns and newsletters Support social media, community engagement, and digital marketing activities Conduct basic keyword research and performance reporting Assist with PPC, affiliate marketing, and lead generation Support day-to-day e-commerce operations (Magento experience is a plus) Requirements

At least 2 years experience in Beauty

A MUST

and Passion for luxury, and fashion Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Canva, and AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) Familiarity with digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce platforms Proactive, problem-solving attitude with strong ownership Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken) What We Offer
