DeFi Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a DeFi Operations Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our decentralized finance operations. This is a non‑development role focused on executing and monitoring yield strategies, managing wallet‑based workflows, and ensuring smooth interaction with DeFi protocols. You will work closely with our investment and trading teams to deploy capital across lending protocols, liquidity pools, and staking platforms — tracking performance, managing risk, and maintaining operational accuracy at every step.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and monitor on‑chain transactions across multiple DeFi protocols Manage wallet operations: connections, approvals, address management, and fund movements Interact with lending platforms (Aave, Compound), DEXs (Uniswap, Curve), and staking / liquid staking protocols (Lido, Rocket Pool) Track yield performance, TVL changes, and protocol risk indicators Monitor blockchain confirmations, gas fees, and network conditions Maintain clear, auditable records of DeFi positions, strategies, and operational workflows Support internal teams with wallet setup, address whitelisting, and transaction reconciliation

What We’re Looking For

Hands‑on experience with non‑custodial wallets (MetaMask, Ledger, Phantom, etc.) Practical DeFi experience using protocols such as Uniswap, Aave, Curve, Lido, or similar Solid understanding of blockchain transactions, gas mechanics, and network confirmations Familiarity with Ethereum and other major chains (BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum, etc.) Basic awareness of DeFi risks: impermanent loss, liquidation thresholds, smart contract risk Strong attention to detail and ability to operate accurately in fast‑moving environments Experience with yield farming, staking, or lending strategies is a strong plus Candidates without real DeFi wallet experience will not be considered
