Your Role and Responsibilities

As a SAP PP Consultant you will serve as a client‑facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems. You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. Your Primary Responsibilities Include

Innovative Client Solution Design and Development: Design and develop client solutions that automate or improve existing systems as per business requirements and system functionality. Comprehensive Support for SAP PP Enhancements: Support end‑to‑end enhancements at multiple phases of PP aspects in SAP. Proactive Advocate for Continuous Improvement: Work within a continuous improvement framework, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems. Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PP configuration and implementation. Proven experience in leading or coordinating teams in SAP environments. Strong knowledge of production planning and control processes (MRP, BOM, routing, capacity planning). Experience with SAP integration across modules (MM, QM, PM, SD, FI/CO). Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its PP functionalities. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Experience in international project delivery or rollout environments. Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and shop floor integration. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies. Italian language proficiency. Previous experience in mentoring junior consultants or acting as a functional lead in complex SAP programs.
