Your Next Role You'll be part of a collaborative Customer Service team focused on solving issues, supporting clients, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in:

Efficient order management Supporting daily delivery processes Managing service claims and ensuring timely resolutions Overseeing valueadded service activities Maintaining clear inbound and outbound communication with customers to meet—and exceed—their expectations

A Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field, with a strong interest in Customer Service Active listening skills and a customerfocused mindset Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite A good level of English A proactive, solutionsoriented "cando" attitude Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy Strong teamwork and communication abilities Motivation, curiosity, and passion for supporting customers
