BAKER Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como’s Bakery Chef is in charge of managing the bakery productions ensuring that cleanliness, high quality and correct procedures are met at all times. Duties & Responsibilities

Be responsible for the quality check of all food production in the section where employed and maintain the highest standards achievable Check standard recipes ensuring proper portion control, uniformity of taste and quality Ensure that all food items are of high standard and ready to serve on time Carry out the kitchen requisitioning and ordering Propose new services and products for our guests and initiate them when approved Promptly communicate any operational problem to the Head Chef and Executive Chef Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time Attend all training sessions arranged by the resort and company Requirements

At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent. At least 1-year working experience in the related field Strong knowledge of HACCP Seniority level
