in the search for a

Junior Sales Manager .

The company A compact, agile plant specialising in engineering plastics and custom compounds for injection moulding applications.

The role: Support the management of existing customers, both Italian and international Gradually develop new business Work closely with technical and production teams The position is structured to allow a progressive ramp-up in responsibility

What we’re looking for: 2+ years sales experience in polymers, compounding, or related chemical sectors Technical profiles with strong motivation to move into sales can be considered Fluent English, both written and spoken Availability to travel in Italy and abroad
