Who we are looking for?
Our teams of asset managers daily strive to develop and implement the value creation strategy for their assert portfolio.
Their thoroughness, analytical skills, creativity and easy inter-personal relations are all assets in presenting and defending business plans, steering the activity of operating teams and also for managing the relation with our external partners.
Capacity for critical analysis and synthesis, a spirit of initiative in data processing methods and the ability to work in a team are the essential characteristics we are looking for in the person who will join our Asset department.
During the work experience, you will work with our Italian asset management team working on a portfolio of 34 shopping malls.
Required Competencies
Proficiency in English is a must as presentations / documents are prepared for the HQ
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft© Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Familiarity with financial concepts and modeling
Familiarity with accounting principles and legal frameworks
Interest in or a basic understanding of real estate / retail markets
Strong analytical skills and ability to create and run detailed financial analysis
Ability to operate across business functionalities if and when required
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to set and work to priorities and deadlines
Ability and desire to work in a team environment and to treat others with respect
You will contribute to:
The production of business plans / internal reports / investment memorandums / etc.
Analysis / preparation / collection of excel databases to support the asset management analysis
Research and analysis of industry trends, competitors, tenants, etc.
Support development/investment analysis
Preparation of detailed presentations, proposals and recommendations
Managing appraisal evaluations.
Workplace: Milan, Central Station area
Minimum duration: 6 months
