All underpinned by technology created with purpose.YOUR ROLEThis role sits within our Enterprise Transformation practice, where you will be growing our workforce transformation capability and shaping its go to market.You will be working with our clients advising our clients on various aspects of their workforce transformation programmes including: Strategic Workforce Planning: Design and implement forward-looking strategies to align workforce capabilities with organisational goals, addressing future skills gaps and talent needs.Change Management Leadership: Lead and support cultural and behavioral shifts to enable successful adoption of new workforce models, technologies, and ways of working.Talent Upskilling Reskilling and Learning: Develop programs to enhance employee skills through training, mentorship, and digital learning platforms to future-proof the workforce.Technology Integration: Leverage emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and collaboration tools to improve workforce productivity and efficiency.Employee Experience Enhancement: Create initiatives to improve employee engagement, inclusion, and well-being, fostering a resilient and adaptive workforce.As part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.YOUR PROFILEExperience with a major consulting firm growing a workforce transformation consulting practiceExperience of proposition building and delivery.Business development – Utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating Must have a strong client and partner network that could be leveraged to support go-to-market and business buildingSignificant experience of working at the heart of and delivering complex workforce transformation programmes Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREBe the change by supporting our clients through innovative strategy projects around digital, future-proof topics that challenge and transform the status quo; Craft your own career path through continuous learning and personal growth; Capgemini Italy is an equal opportunity employer.
