For a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a

CONTRACTS ANALYST

The role involves interpreting complex contracts, efficiently managing processes, and collaborating with sales teams to support business priorities while ensuring data quality in Salesforce.

Contract duration : 6 months

Range RAL : 40.000€ - 50.000€

Responsibilities:

managing the entire contract lifecycle, from data entry to reporting; using tools such as Excel and Salesforce to create dashboards; monitoring accounts; analyzing data and supporting sales, legal, marketing, and finance teams; participating in process improvement projects; managing contract deadlines and supporting the preparation of quotes; collaborating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy in company systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in business/technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience required; 2+ years in contract management with direct work within a contract lifecycle management program; experience in salesforce preferred, but not required; experience in excel; strong background in a multi-discipline environment with the need for high flexibility; ability to partner with key stakeholders in driving goals; ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities; ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; highly organized with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
