A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.What you will doThe stageur will provide support to the Regional Business Manager for market strategic activities and for the creation of guidelines on price positioning in order to guarantee budget objectives and will be a point of reference between markets and plants for the management of the product range. Furthermore, the candidate will be involved in specific digital communication and lead generation activities for the reference markets.Key Activities:Assist in the creation of the best market positioning for the reference product rangeSupporting countries in defining prices for each reference product based on the positioning of the local marketParticipate in the analysis of the sell-out trend in order to guide local markets towards a more effective market strategyCollaboration with PMs to collect information on products to be sent to countriesMarket support on specific digital communication activitiesBenchmark analysisFinancial monthly analysis + sales forecastWho we are looking forStudent in in Management/Economics, Marketing or similar fieldsFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken), proficiency in Chinese is a plusExcellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel)We offer a six-month paid internship800 euro, smart working, free company canteen, free company shuttlePlace of work: Brugherio(MB)Are you ready to join?
