AdmiralBet, the Italian subsidiary of Greentube GmbH and part of the NOVOMATIC Group, a leader in the gaming and sports betting industry, is looking for a Product Manager to join our team and drive the evolution of our Casino!
What will you do?
Coordinate the certification process for new products on the platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Manage the planning and drafting of the game release roadmap.
Oversee the go-live process of new games, involving all relevant internal stakeholders (IT, Design Team, Content Team, Marketing Team).
Handle annual audits for games and platform compliance.
Scout for new market opportunities (e.g. new providers) and lead contractual negotiations.
Analyze the market to identify new opportunities in terms of features, gamification tools, and new games.
Define promotional plans with commercial partners, working in synergy with internal departments such as Marketing Team.
Monitor and analyze various KPIs (games/providers), ensuring alignment with business goals.
Analyze player behavior to identify suspicious wins and/or patterns linked to Bonus Hunting.
Produce monthly reports on key product KPIs, highlighting relevant trends and insights.
Review and validate users’ withdrawal requests, assessing the fairness of gameplay behavior.
Coordinate with the internal IT department on new feature releases, game launches, and integrations.
Liaise with Customer Support to resolve client-reported issues.
Work with the Content and Design Teams and Marketing Team on game assets, content, banners, and related materials.
Ensure the visual quality and consistency of how games are displayed on the website, paying close attention to images, graphical elements, and overall presentation.
Coordinate with external providers and departments to ensure correct game configurations and marketing tools implementation.
Who are we looking for?
Knowledge of compliance processes in the gaming sector: game, provider, and platform certification, ADM requirements, and annual audits.
At least 3–5 years of experience in the gaming industry.
Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
Soft skills: problem‑solving attitude, excellent communication, adaptability to market changes, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Cubeand presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
Availability for national and international travel to manage partner relationships.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and summarising skills.
Creative, flexible, and well‑organised, with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to prioritise and plan effectively, anticipating challenges and managing time and resources efficiently.
