The Offer Basic Salary: Up to €50,000 per year (based on experience). MBO up to 15% + benefits.

Lead Performance & Client Excellence Place the client at the center of every decision, setting the standard for a warm, refined, and welcoming environment. Inspire and empower your team to anticipate, exceed, and personalize every client interaction. Build a strong, positive, and professional team culture. Lead daily briefings, sharing insights, best practices, and performance updates. Ensure the highest standards of product care, brand representation, and service excellence during all in-store activities and events. Your Profile Strong analytical skills with a passion for KPIs, reporting, and results-driven action. Inspirational Leader: Agile, empathetic, and confident in leading teams in a fast-paced luxury environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems. A deep understanding of high-end clientele, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding luxury service.
