What You Will Be Doing: As part of our data team, you will: Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, define KPIs and translate them into analytical solutions. Design, develop and maintain

ETL processes

to collect, transform and load data from multiple internal and external sources. Build intuitive and impactful

dashboards and visualizations

to communicate results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Conduct

data analysis and statistical modelling

to uncover trends, insights and opportunities for business improvement. Support development of machine learning models and advanced analytics. Ensure data quality and integrity across analytics pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience 2–3 years of relevant experience

, preferably in consulting or client-facing environments. Strong experience with

ETL processes

, data transformation and pipeline automation. Solid foundation in

data analysis and statistical methods

. Excellent skills in

data visualization

and dashboarding (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense). Proficiency in

Python

and foundational SQL. Ability to explain analytical insights clearly to business stakeholders and adapt analyses to business needs. Ability to read, write, and speak proficiently in English.

Nice to Haves Experience with

KNIME

or other data science automation platforms. Exposure to

Machine Learning

workflows. Strong consulting and customer-interaction experience. Familiarity with modern data stack tools and cloud environments. Knowledge of Italian and/or French and/or Spanish language
