To strengthen our Buildings, Industry & Data Center Division, we are looking for aContract ManagerResponsibilities:Contract management of the project from pre-award phase, during execution, and up to completion in collaborationwith the legal, commercial, and operations teamsReview of tender documents and preparation of risk assessment register and mitigation plan alongside thecommercial teamOversight of contractual documents related to projects and resolution of any issues adopting a win-win approachwith the clientPreparation and coordination of drafting variation orders, claims, etc.Active participation in project reporting and intermediate project review meetingsRequirements:Engineering education and knowledge of legal mattersExcellent negotiation and communication skillsExperience in a similar role, project control background, and strong knowledge of EPC projectsKnowledge of FIDIC contract standards is a plusThis position is open to all genders.CandidaturaNome *Cognome *Email * #J-18808-Ljbffr
