What awaits you :

- Support IT helpdesk and assistance for employees

- Conducting error analysis, along with resolving hardware, software, and telecommunications system issues

- Provision and setup of new workstations

- Forwarding complex requests (internally or to external service providers) and assisting in problem resolution

- Creation, administration, and maintenance of employee accounts and permissions

- Support in the operation of the existing IT infrastructure and systems

- Contribution to the further development of the IT infrastructure

- Support in IT projects

What you bring along:

- Completed training/education in the field of IT

- Knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of networking and Office 365 is an advantage

- Service orientation

- Teamwork skills, assertiveness, and commitment

- Good language skills in German - English, and Italian are an advantage
