In store marketing activation & vm assistant (internship)

As part of the Guerlain Marketing team, the In store marketing activation and VM assistant will support the Merchandising Team within the following activities: RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage, develop in store materials providing detailed brief to suppliers for a good implementation of trade activations (i.e. outposts, podiums, windows, presentoir etc.) according to brand strategies and guidelines. Strong synergy with trade marketing team to follow their requests/needs Follow local production process with suppliers to ensure correct execution of in-store events and HQ approval. Assist with purchase orders, material requests and local deliveries Support POSM analysis Report on competitive best practice Manage and develop VM materials for planned activities and POS updates according to VM guidelines. Leverage visual merchandising as a way to drive the sales Store checks and presence during set up to ensure correct implementation

PROFILE:

Master's degree in marketing/ management/ design/ architecture or a related field Passionate about the beauty and luxury market Excellent analytical skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP will be considered a plus Fluent in English Flexibility, proactivity and problem solving skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Attention to detail is a must
