The Amazon Last Mile learning team is seeking a training specialist to support operations trainings for the last‑mile vertical. The overall responsibility is to boost the competencies of our employees by developing and conducting effective training programs. The person will indirectly help enhance employees’ workplace performance in conjunction with the company’s core values to meet the organization’s goals.

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.

- Manage live performance metrics end to end for the assigned territory.

- Conduct learning sessions on new process as well as BQM through ITL or digital learning as per the requirement. Deliver various training courses as continuous learning.

- Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel (as per business requirement).

- Ensure completion of new‑hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time.

- Partner with operations leaders while conducting station audit to check process compliance and fix the gaps on an immediate basis.

- Identify learning coaches & certify them.

- Lead the individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.

- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with and delivering training/information to Associates and TL level employees.
