Manage projects, timelines and deliverables Manage content calendar, content creation and translations for micro learning training program Maintain deliverables/activity overall planning calendar Analyze data and Training KPI through dedicated dashboards Liase with IT teamfor development of tools and resources on Monday Interface with IT for LMS Platform management from course creation and participant enrollment to completion reports Understand customers' needs and provide them with specific products and services Collect and analyze data and make it usable by the customers, so as to help them choose Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and services Promptly resolve any customer problems
