As part of the upcoming opening of a Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Taormina, Sicily, we are seeking a Maître with strong leadership skills, operational expertise and a passion for hospitality, ready to lead the Food & Beverage service team and deliver exceptional dining experiences aligned with Hilton’s standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant and breakfast service. Lead, train and motivate the service team to ensure excellence in guest experience. Welcome and attend guests, ensuring a personalized and professional service. Manage reservations, seating arrangements and service flow during service periods. Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient communication and service timing. Monitor service standards, presentation and cleanliness of all restaurant areas. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards. Support the Food & Beverage management team in achieving operational and guest satisfaction goals.

Requirements

Previous experience as Maître or Restaurant Supervisor in high-end hotels or restaurants. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent guest service and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Hospitality or restaurant management training is highly valued. Fluent English required; Italian and other languages are a plus.
