Information Security Specialist

In-Scope (Vendor Roles/Activities/Responsibilities): Manage Security Management activities assigned by the InfoSec department, coordinate remediation activities in Europe by interacting with the support people assigned in each country Maintenance

XOLT Application Software:

Ship WS, ECIS Ship, XOLT Gen WS, XOLT ECIS Gen, XOLT Track WS, XOLT ECIS Track, Tradeability, AV Rest/AVSDK, Import Gateway, Enhanced Monitoring/XMON

Remediation of vulnerabilities identified by Penetration Testing and Qualys scanning

Management of operating system obsolescence and lifecycle Security incidents detected by tools installed on machines

Implementation of projects to improve IT security related to firewalls, authentication, network segmentation, etc.

Work to achieve and maintain the security level required by InfoSec

Strong communication skills (both oral and written)

Will need to work closely with UPS IT, InfoSec, App personnel, and potential direct engagement with UPS customers

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Network security (firewalls, TCP/IP)

penetration testing, SIEM/EDR tools,

cryptography

OS administration (Windows, Linux)
