Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical check out and commissioning for converting fold machines

Conduct pre‑test line preparation: compilation of checklists, verification with Technical Office, check of technical and safety requirements necessary for testing

Carry out machinery test in compliance with the required technical specifications and scheduling

Collaborate with the team on daily technical issues related to processes, machinery, or tools

Collaborate in preparing proper documentation records related to test activities

Perform scheduled maintenance on customer installation to ensure that equipment continues to perform reliably

Proactively propose machine improvements or process optimisation solutions

Train customer staff to manage and maintain the equipment

Analyse and solve any problems encountered during the internal testing phase or machine start‑up at customer’s site, interfacing with internal teams and customer

Offer technical assistance and support remotely or at customer’s site

Respect quality standards and established safety procedures

To succeed in this role you should have:

Technical Diploma or degree in mechanical or mechatronics fields

3 years experience in a similar role in a manufacturing industry

Availability and willingness to travel at least 120 days per annum

Strong mechanical competencies

Good skills in reading and understanding mechanical drawings

Basic knowledge of electrical and fluidic systems is appreciated

Proficiency in MS Office

Fluent Italian and English
