3,000+ suppliers , we manage assistance cases

globally , including

Europe, North, and South America . Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate

insurance claims (sinistri) Handle

medical and automotive assistance cases worldwide Coordinate with international suppliers, partners, and service providers Ensure accurate case documentation and timely resolution Provide professional support in high-pressure and emergency situations Requirements

Languages (mandatory):

Italian, German, and English (fluent) Additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, or others) are a strong plus Experience in

assistance operations, insurance, or customer service Strong organizational and multitasking skills Calm, reliable, and able to work independently Availability for

shift work , including nights, weekends, and holidays What We Offer
