For our International Luxury Hotel Brand located in the heart of Rome, we are seeking a talented and charming Guest Relations Manager to enhance our guests experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a calm and visible leader and will ensure continuity of service across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities:
Serving as the main point of contact for VIP Guests and ensuring hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements, status and preferences.
Seeking feedback from guests on a regular basis and responding to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Having a perfect knowledge of in house VIPs, regular guests and ensuring to be constantly in touch with them to fulfil their requirements.
Anticipating guest needs and proactively tackle minor issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Keeping close contact with guests for feedback, complaints, and compliments
Handling, recording, and resolving guest complaints with diplomacy, discretion and proper follow up actions, making sure all guests leave with a smile.
Acting as liaison amongst all operatives for VIP guests' amenities and their delivery.
Escorting and providing in-room check-in for VIP guests, ensuring a personalized and tailored experience.
Overseeing quality metrics, including responding to guest reviews on online feedback platforms.
Reporting to Front Office Manager.
About You
Managerial or supervisory level previous experience in International Luxury Hotel Brand is essential.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure;
Motivated and problem solving driven even in challenging situations;
A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service;
Being a point of reference for the entire Front of House and lead by example;
Fluency in Italian & English language (extra language would be preferred);
Excellent organizational and people management skills.
Health & Safety / Fire and First Aid certificates are required.
