Your missions Qualify and handle hiring needs transmitted by managers. Conduct pre-selection qualification meetings via

phone calls . Monitor and follow up on the

recruitment process . Source and directly approach candidates on job boards and social networks. Build a strong candidate pipeline and network. Act as a point of contact and maintain strong relationships with candidates. Benchmark and improve recruitment processes. Optimize job offer content for better candidate engagement. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance recruitment strategy.

Your profile Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in

recruitment

and talent acquisition. Curious and proactive mindset. Fluent in

English

and

Italian . Strong

communication

and team-player skills. Service-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal abilities. Experience with AI generative tools is a plus.
