With a completed degree in Business Administration focusing on marketing, sales or similar academic background You have already successfully completed at least 1 year as temporary position in the field of Marketing, with a specific focus in product management If you are applying from outside Europe, you will need a valid visa that is valid for the entire period and you must be comfortable to start in Milan at your own expenses You have an analytic mindset and using excel/analyze data is part of your daily business A passion for working in an intercultural context is something that describes you You are highly adaptable, fast at picking up new tasks, and driven to complete them effectively With flexibility and willingness for assignments abroad or (inter)national business trips Last but not least, you speak English very well (C1+). Great! Additional European languages are a plus!

As part of a one‑year individual career journey, you will be focusing on B&W Division in Marketing Activation Team in Italy. Following this experience, there is a strong opportunity for you to continue with us and further develop your career through an additional assignment at our global headquarters in Mettlach, Germany You’ll take on challenging tasks in day‑to‑day operations as well as cross‑functional projects and build a broad network within the company In addition to developing and learning by doing on the job, you’ll also strengthen your professional knowledge and soft skills through our accompanying young professional program
