Telco Contract Expert

You will join Sky’s Technology area, specifically the “Program Management, Wholesalers and Compliance team”, working alongside colleagues in the Broadband, IP Telephony, and Mobile industry.As a Telco Contract Expert, you will be responsible for managing relationships with external third parties (e.g., wholesalers), ensuring the growth of Sky’s Telco business while delivering excellent service performance and ensuring operational efficiency. Main activities / key responsibilities:

End-to-end definition of contractual agreements with third parties (Master Service Agreements and technical annexes), working closely with wholesalers (fixed-line or mobile) and Sky stakeholders (technical teams, legal, operations, marketing, finance) Management of existing contracts, including review and monitoring of contractual clauses and performance of the involved third parties. Coordination of operational and executive meetings with wholesalers to review progress on activities. Management of impacts arising from any changes on the wholesalers’ side. Monitoring technical KPIs/SLA and SLG, including calculating metrics by gathering information, critically reviewing results, and discussing outcomes with the wholesalers. Managing the relationship with wholesalers to define future developments and evolution of the partnership. Monitoring and operational control of various fixed-network coverage databases shared by wholesalers through queries/analysis using MS Excel.

Required qualifications:

3–5 years working experience, preferred degrees in engineering or economics Knowledge of Telco market is mandatory, ideally with experience in Technology/Network area Experience in contract management —both broadband and mobile — is preferred but not mandatory Ability to draft appropriate documentation and deliver presentations on project progress and status. Strong negotiation and conflict management skills. A good command of English (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement.
