Work description: collect business requests, prepare ticket coordinate activity between outsourcer and HW suppliers monitor the delivery and the service level of the outsourcer attend P0/P1 war rooms and evaluate RCAs guarantee the quality of the asset management act as interface between outsourcer and end users support
