To strengthen our Sales Team in Europe, we are looking for a full-time
Area Sales Manager - Italy
to start as soon as possible working from the greater region around Rom/Italy
What you will be responsible for:
As Area Sales Manager, you are
the face of the Pollmeier brand
and the first point of contact for your customers in a defined sales territory
You are a
networker
ready to manage, expand, and further develop our existing sales territory
You win over your customers preferably in
personal meetings on-site , while also maintaining contact using digital tools
You continuously expand the customer base through the
acquisition of new clients
You identify and awaken customer needs and thereby create
long-term relationships
to the benefit of end users
You coordinate the involvement of
specialists
who support you in sales situations as needed
You work closely with the internal sales team and sales management to achieve agreed sales targets and successfully market our products
What we are looking for:
You are permanently based in the greater region around Rom/Italy
You bring
experience in field sales
in the furniture or cabinet manufacturing sector and/or within the timber industry
You
love selling
and
engaging with customers
You enjoy being
responsible for your own success
You are characterized by an
independent and proactive work style
and go the extra mile to achieve your goals
You have a strong
emotional connection to wood
as a material, which helps you inspire customers
You enjoy traveling regularly within your sales area and hold a valid driver’s license
You speak Italian as your native language and have good language skills in English
