Are you an organised, safety‑focused project leader with experience coordinating complex technical installations? We’re looking for an Ops Engineering Project Manager to oversee large‑scale Material Handling Equipment (MHE) installation projects across multiple logistics sites.

In this role, you will take ownership of pre‑execution planning, on‑site project delivery, contractor coordination and structured reporting ensuring that every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Pre‑Execution Planning Manage access permits and system setup (Rightcrowd/Welcome, BOLT). Prepare and coordinate safety documentation and approvals (RAMS, PtW). Arrange and verify technical qualifications/certifications (IOQ, SWEH). Confirm utilities, infrastructure readiness and site conditions. Plan logistics for equipment delivery, storage and installation flow. Liaise with local operations and engineering teams for resource alignment. On‑Site Project Execution Conduct safety inductions and daily project briefings. Coach, lead and supervise installation activities and 3PA contractors. Coordinate with on-site operations for technical and logistical support. Track project progress and communicate updates to the project leadership team. Troubleshoot technical issues and manage snag lists (Asana, Quip). Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and reporting procedures (BOLT). Oversee equipment testing, commissioning and sign-off activities. Escalate safety concerns immediately to the Ops Engineering leadership. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily progress logs and update project tracking systems. Co-lead weekly project review meetings. Document safety observations, risks and lessons learned (Asana/BOLT). Prepare full project handover documentation at completion.

Required Skills & Experience Strong commitment to safety and quality assurance. Proven project management experience within technical or industrial environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to plan schedules, resources and workflows effectively. Solid understanding of industrial automation and technical systems. Strong analytical, documentation and reporting capabilities. Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making under pressure. Experience coordinating teams and external contractors.

Working Conditions On-site presence is mandatory during installation activities. Flexible hours may be required during critical execution phases. Must follow all site safety protocols and compliance standards. Travel to multiple fulfilment centers within the same week may be required.
