DEIF is a Danish global leader in intelligent power management solutions for generators and hybrid energy systems. We deliver advanced control technologies ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operation of gensets, microgrids, hybrid setups, renewables and battery storage.
Your mission
As a Technical & Sales Support Engineer, you will play a dual role supporting both the technical and commercial development of DEIF in Italy:
Technical responsibilities
Support Italian customers using our generator and hybrid control solutions
Deliver technical training (on-site or remote)
Assist with project proposals, solution validation and application design
Sales-related responsibilities
Work closely with our Business Developer to support customer visits
Provide technical arguments and demonstrations to help win new opportunities
Identify customer needs and contribute to commercial discussions
Build strong relationships with OEMs, integrators and key industry players
This role includes regular travel within Italy to visit manufacturers and customer sites.
Qualifications
Degree in electronics, electrical engineering or automation
Experience in technical support, application engineering or field service
Interest in commercial activities and customer interaction
Knowledge of gensets, hybrid systems or solar/battery is an advantage
Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset
